Shipping & Handling Policy

At Minik Kids, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Within Australia:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping: Shipping is free for orders over $120 using discount code when active

  • Standard shipping: VIC, NSW, QLD flat rate of $7.95 for orders below $120.

  • Standrad shipping rest of AU flat rate of $14.50 AUD per order

  • Additional fee for each physical item in the order $1.50

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Delays:

  • While we aim to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Minik Kids is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Lost or Damaged Items:

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates!
