Return & Refund Policy

At Minik Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are thinking of changing or returning your item(s), please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact us at minikkidsaustralia@gmail.com your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you receive a damaged item or notice any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at minikkidsaustralia@gmail.com Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly.

EXCHANGES Policy

Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at minikkidsaustralia@gmail.com

If you would like to receive a different item, the simplest way is to return your original purchase to us. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free process for everyone.
